Returns & Refunds Policy

At Otaku Vending LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Merchandise Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened capsule toys
Mystery capsules or blind-box items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us before returning your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Rental & Event Services
Rental deposits and event payments may be subject to separate agreements provided at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility for rentals, staffed events, and corporate activations will be determined according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
