Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, conventions, product launches, or other high-volume periods.

We ship orders using trusted national carriers.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within the United States.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Otaku Vending LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged package and item(s)
We'll work with you to find the best possible solution.
Rental Equipment
This Shipping Policy applies only to merchandise purchased through our online store.
Delivery, setup, pickup, and transportation of rental equipment are arranged separately as part of your rental or event service agreement.
